Finebridge Consulting Limited was formed by Mark Thomas following a career spanning twenty years in the design and construction of large complex building projects.
Mark has over ten years’ experience as a senior director at top ten UK construction companies. Finebridge has a further four senior designers, providing you with the benefit of a combined industry experience of more than one hundred and twenty years.

The Team
Mark Thomas (BEng CEng MCIBSE) holds an honours degree in Building Services Engineering (BEng hons); he is a chartered engineer (CEng) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE).
Terry Allen, our senior electrical engineer, holds a HND in electrical engineering and is an associate member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. Terry has extensive experience in electrical engineering construction solutions.
Stuart Ward (MSc), our senior environmental engineer, is a proven construction professional holding both a masters degree and an architectural diploma (Dip Arch). Stuart’s passions and specialities are permaculture and water conservation.
Ted Pilbeam (FCIPHE FCIBSE LLC), our senior mechanical and public health engineer, is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers and the Chartered institute of Building Services Engineers. In addition, Ted is a registered low carbon consultant.
