Client: A large UK NHS Trust
Following construction and handover of a new three hundred Million pound general hospital it became apparent that the cladding was failing. The chosen cladding was a new design and unfortunately had some quality issues.
The whole of the external cladding required to be replaced whilst maintaining the full occupation of the hospital and providing uninterrupted services.
Specialist façade consultants and an extended supply chain were employed to deliver a successful outcome to an issue with potentially adverse public relations implications.
